Façade reconstruction of four-story brick apartment house located in the Greenwich Village Landmark District. The building was constructed in 1858 and required complete replacement of the brick face, stone lintels, sills, and metal cornice. The project included the construction of a “green roof” incorporating recycled materials, decorative metal work, and walkable skylight.
