Façade reconstruction of five-story residence to cure construction defects and chronic building leaks. The building was originally constructed in 1910 with extensive alterations made in 2001-02. The project included complete replacement of face brick, window surrounds, trim and decorative elements, including the redesign of brick reinforcement, waterproofing and flashing elements. The project also included the design of new coated copper cladding at the mansard roof and dormers.
